    Responsibilities:

    Massy Ltd. is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Group Strategic Sourcing Manager. The successful candidate will report directly to the Group Chief Procurement Officer. They will be required to lead the sourcing activities for various spend with the Indirects categories and deliver significant initial cost reductions supplanted with year-over-year productivity improvements in TCO while maintaining or improving product quality and supplier service levels. They will also be required to facilitate and lead cross-functional teams with key stakeholders to develop effective cost reduction strategies and implementation plans. 

     

    Primary Responsibilities

    -  To oversee the development and execution of strategies through the sourcing process for specific Category Group spend

    -  To champion and secure TCO reductions

    -  To oversee supplier selection and negotiation process (RFXs)

    -  To lead and manage multi-functional stakeholder teams on specific strategic sourcing initiatives or projects

    -  To drive best practices in line with procurement excellence

    -  To measure and track internal performance within each spend category 

    -  To monitor strategy implementation 

    -  To drive annual productivity improvements in each spend category 

    -  To drive value through supplier relationship management

    Qualifications and Experience

    -  A Bachelor’s Degree in any one of the following disciplines: Economics, Logistics, Supply chain Management, Operations management, Finance or Engineering. -  A minimum of 5 years experience at a senior level in Procurement, Finance, Engineering or Supply chain management

    -  Proven ability to motivate and lead teams 

    -  Minimum 2 years experience in category related activities 

    -  Successful track record with assigned category
