PATRICK HYLTON is an Independent/Non-Executive Director and is the Group Managing Director of Jamaica's largest commercial bank, the National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCB). He first received public recognition, when the Government appointed him to a leading role in the rehabilitation of the Jamaican, financial sector during the mid-1990s. His wealth of experience in the financial services industry propelled him to the position of Managing Director of the Financial Sector Adjustment Company (FINSAC). He performed this role for five years and in, 2002, joined NCB as Deputy Group Managing Director.  In 2004, Mr Hylton was appointed Group Managing Director of NCB and has led the organisation to achieve record growth in profitability.  Mr. Hylton is an Honours Graduate in Business Administration and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB), London. He is a Past President of the Jamaica Bankers Association, and in addition to being a Director of NCB, he is the Chairman of Harmonisation Limited and sits on several boards, including the Caribbean Information and Credit Rating Services (CariCRIS) and the Mona School of Business and Management (UWI). In 2002, Mr Hylton was awarded the Order of Distinction, Commander Class by the Prime Minister and Governor General of Jamaica.

Luisa is an Independent/Non-Executive Director. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics  from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and an MBA and other postgraduate degrees in Finance and Senior Management from the Universidad de los Andes.

She has held various positions in both public and private enterprise and has had significant experience in the energy sector. Ms. Rivera was previously the Minister of Mines and Energy in Colombia, founding partner of Sumatoria, advisor to the Synergy Group and CEO of Ocensa SA and CENIT SAS.

Ms. Rivera has been an independent member of the boards  of ISA, Exito SA, Avianca SA in Colombia and CTEEP in Brazil. She currently sits on the boards of the National Development Finance Company (FDN), Enel Colombia Mercantil Colpatria SA and the Superior Council of the Universidad de los Andes.

Marc Farrell is a proud Trinidadian, and the Founder and CEO of Ten To One Rum. Marc’s unique combination of deep cultural ties to Caribbean culture and intimate knowledge of the U.S. consumer market, have propelled him to help elevate the conversation around rum, and bring an inspired, award-winning product to market.

Throughout his career, Marc has been focused on bringing unique products and experiences to life through a combination of digital and real-world channels, and continues to put this in practice in his entrepreneurial ventures today. Today he is an active angel investor and on the Board of Wheels Up (NYSE), and The Amazon BBA Advisory Council.

Nigel Edwards was appointed to the Board of Massy Holdings Ltd as a non-executive director on December 8th, 2022. Nigel is the Executive Director of the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation and has served in several executive positions, primarily in the financial services sector, over his career of over 25 years. Prior to his current role at the UTC, he served as their Chief Financial Officer. Before joining the UTC, he served in multiple roles, including Chief Executive, Executive Director, Finance Director, and Corporate Secretary in a diverse commercial group in Trinidad and Tobago. Mr. Edwards has served as a non-executive Director on several listed companies on the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange and on several public interest company Boards. Throughout his career, he has guided multiple complex mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and restructuring efforts. He remains in active service to public authorities and several volunteer community organisations across Trinidad and Tobago. He is the holder of an MSc. Finance from the London Business School and a BSc. Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. Mr. Edwards is also a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA).

James brings more than 30 years of financial, M&A, transformation, and strategy experience to Massy, with an emphasis on international M&A and growth. James started his career as an auditor, at Price Waterhouse in Trinidad. After 7 years, he left Price Waterhouse as an audit manager to complete his MBA in Finance and Management Information System (MIS) at Purdue University in the United States. He then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers, working in their Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York City offices, working with clients in many sectors to integrate their acquisitions focused on designing and delivering the full potential and synergies of those acquisitions. James later joined McKinsey & Co, where he spent 13 years, designing and leading M&A integration programs until 2021. He was part of the McKinsey & Co global M&A leadership team and led the Merger Management and Organisation teams for the UK and Irish offices. He worked “on the ground” in over 30 cities across the world in countries including Brazil, Chile, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Turkey, Japan, and India. Most recently, James was Senior Vice President of Integration at AVEVA Group, a FTSE 50 company and world leader in industrial software company specialising in Power and Oil and Gas. James was responsible for integrating and delivering the value from AVEVA’s largest acquisition as well as their most ambitious business model transformation to a subscriptions business powered by cloud products.

Colin Soo Ping Chow is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) of the UK. He was the former Executive Chairman, EY Caribbean and played an integral role in the successful integration of the EY Caribbean firm across eight countries. He successfully led the firm’s growth and development as Executive Chairman and acted in the roles of the EY Caribbean Assurance and Consulting Managing Partner at different times. Mr. Soo Ping Chow has accumulated a wealth of accounting, auditing and consulting experiences serving Pan Caribbean and international clients in the region. He was a former president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad & Tobago (ICATT) and has also served as a member of the EY Americas Advisory Committee.

Chloe was appointed to the Board of Directors on March 10^th, 2025. Chloe has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Bermudez Group Ltd. since 2017 and was elected Chairperson of its Board of Directors the following year. She is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in overseeing corporate strategy, governance, and profitability. With a strong background in business transformation and significant regional experience in manufacturing and distribution, she has successfully enhanced operational efficiency and financial performance across multiple companies. Chloe also brings a strong entrepreneurial mindset to the Board of Massy Holdings Ltd. Chloe holds a BSc in Microbiology from Imperial College London, an MA in Law from Cambridge University, and an LLM in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from Edinburgh University.

David was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer in 2024. He joined the Board of Massy Holdings Ltd. in 2019 upon his appointment as Executive Chairman, Integrated Retail Business Unit.  David’s tenure with the Massy Group spans over three decades, during which time his extensive experience and keen business acumen have been invaluable assets to the Group.

David has held various leadership positions within the Group, particularly in the Retail and Distribution sectors across the CARICOM region. As Chairperson of the IRP, David oversaw a period of remarkable growth, with double-digit increases in both profit and revenue. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have positioned the IRP for continued success and expansion, including most recently their entry into markets outside of the Caribbean region with the acquisition of a chain of seven supermarkets in Jacksonville, Florida in 2023.

David retains his role as Executive Chairman, Integrated Retail Portfolio.

Wendy has been a part of the Massy executive team for over 13 years. Her roles have included Corporate Secretary & Legal Advisor, Senior Vice President, Corporate Governance and Corporate Secretary and over the past seven months, since January 8, 2024, she was appointed Acting General Counsel. We now congratulate Wendy on her confirmation in that role.

Wendy is an Attorney at Law and Utter Barrister, admitted to practice in Trinidad and Tobago and England and Wales. She is a member of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago and The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in London, England.  She studied at the University of the West Indies where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History/Management Studies. She is also a graduate of; the University of London where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws, and City University, London where she obtained a Master of Science in Economic Regulation & Competition.

Wendy has a breadth and depth of legal, executive and board experience and serves as a Director on the Board of the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange (TTSE). Over the past seven years she has served on TTSE board committees including audit, human resources and nominations. She is also a former director of the Trinidad and Tobago Central Depository, the Trinidad & Tobago Bureau of Standards, the Trinidad & Tobago Transparency Institute and the National Standing Committee on Air Service Agreements. Wendy has also served as a former Chair and member of the AmCham T&T Legislative committee which reviewed and provided recommendations on important draft bills and legislation impacting our corporate landscape including, the securities act, amendments to the companies act, the whistleblower bill, the fair-trading bill etc.

Vaughn brings over twenty five years of Financial & Business Management experience in various business sectors, with twenty one of these spent in the Oil & Gas industry. Prior to his appointment, Vaughn held the position of Managing Director at Massy’s joint venture company, Massy Wood Group Ltd., for seven years. He has held several other executive roles within the Massy Group including Country Manager in both Suriname and Ghana and Finance Director of Massy’s Energy & Industrial Gases Business Unit.

Vaughn holds an Executive MBA from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business and is FCCA-designated by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. As a past national volleyball athlete, Vaughn maintains his passion for sport which continues to fuel his involvement in several sporting activities across Trinidad & Tobago.

Marc is a true Massy alum having started his career with the Group in 2006 in the Financial & Other Services Business Unit and later at NEALCO Real Estate and Pereira & Company Limited. He has been with the Massy Motors and Machines Portfolio since 2011 where he managed the National, Alamo and Enterprise regional expansion initiative. Prior to his appointment as Chairman, Marc was the Senior Vice President with particular focus on the expansion of the Portfolio into the Colombian market. In this role he has led a dynamic team of skilled executives who have grown the Massy Motors business significantly across 3 major cities along with the establishment of the Enterprise Holdings rental car franchise in 6 cities in Colombia.

Jeremy has served the Group for over 19 years in various roles including senior management positions and directorships on several of the Group’s subsidiary boards.  He has demonstrated exemplary and pragmatic leadership in overseeing the Group’s strategy function, as well as in the execution of divesting non-core and underperforming assets in recent years.

Jeremy Nurse graduated from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus with an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Physics with first class honours, and he holds two master’s degrees from Durham University and IE University. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from IE Business School and is a certified International Mergers & Acquisitions Expert charter holder.

Ambikah has over twenty years’ experience leading various areas in the Massy Integrated Retail Portfolio including Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations. She has served as a Director on the Board of the Distribution and Retail Businesses in Trinidad, Barbados, Guyana, USA. Prior to her appointment as Executive Vice President & Chairperson Integrated Retail Portfolio Ambikah held the position of Senior Vice-President/Country Head, IRP Trinidad and Tobago. Ambikah is highly regarded for her strategic insights and is known for her ability to undertake complex commercial and operational challenges. She is a dynamic leader who excels in fostering organisational culture change, driving people-focused initiatives and leading robust transformational change that is aligned to business objectives and organisational growth. Ambikah was instrumental in the set-up of IRP’s Distribution Facilities in Guyana and Jacksonville and the Distribution Business in St Lucia, she also championed operations and process best practices across the Portfolio. She was most recently part of the team that led the acquisition of the Rowe’s IGA Supermarkets in the USA and continues to drive the major Strategic Initiatives in the Retail and Distribution businesses for the Massy Group.

Ambikah is a graduate of University of Lincoln, UK and completed the Ivey Executive Development Programme from Western University (Ivey Business School).

Nadia brings more than 24 years of expertise in leading people, culture, transformation, and business strategies. A recognized strategic thinker, she has an established reputation for addressing complex business challenges, driving positive change, and delivering measurable business value through people.

Karlene is a seasoned professional with over 23 years’ experience in the areas of risk management, asset management, strategic planning and leadership. She has a proven track record of success and a commitment to excellence, demonstrated by exceptional leadership in overseeing risk functions, evaluating investment opportunities and supporting organizations in their transformation journey.

Roger is a career Internal Auditor with over 30 years’ experience, of which in excess of 20 has been in leading internal audit functions in publicly listed entities across the Caribbean Region. He leads a team spread across six countries and has articulated a vision for internal audit, that aligns with the Group’s and Portfolio’s strategic objectives and the expectations of its stakeholders.
