Ryan Latchu

Ryan brings over 22 years of leadership in the automotive industry, including 14 years with Massy across progressively senior roles. His career spans operational, strategic, and board-level experience within the automotive value chain.

He holds a BSc in Economics and Human Resource Management, an International MBA (with Distinction) in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and a Certificate in Corporate Governance from The Wharton School.

As CEO of the Motors & Machines Portfolio, Ryan will lead strategy and operations across all markets, with a focus on strengthening supplier partnerships, enhancing customer experience, and driving sustainable growth. His people-first leadership philosophy will deliver performance and long-term value.

Roger Ramdwar

Roger is a career Internal Auditor with over 30 years’ experience, of which in excess of 20 has been in leading internal audit functions in publicly listed entities across the Caribbean Region. He leads a team spread across six countries and has articulated a vision for internal audit, that aligns with the Group’s and Portfolio’s strategic objectives and the expectations of its stakeholders.

Karlene Bailey

Karlene is a seasoned professional with over 23 years’ experience in the areas of risk management, asset management, strategic planning and leadership. She has a proven track record of success and a commitment to excellence, demonstrated by exceptional leadership in overseeing risk functions, evaluating investment opportunities and supporting organizations in their transformation journey.

Nadia McCarthy

Nadia brings more than 24 years of expertise in leading people, culture, transformation, and business strategies. A recognized strategic thinker, she has an established reputation for addressing complex business challenges, driving positive change, and delivering measurable business value through people.

Ambikah Mongroo

Ambikah has over twenty years’ experience leading various areas in the Massy Integrated Retail Portfolio including Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations. She has served as a Director on the Board of the Distribution and Retail Businesses in Trinidad, Barbados, Guyana, USA. Prior to her appointment as Executive Vice President & Chairperson Integrated Retail Portfolio Ambikah held the position of Senior Vice-President/Country Head, IRP Trinidad and Tobago. Ambikah is highly regarded for her strategic insights and is known for her ability to undertake complex commercial and operational challenges. She is a dynamic leader who excels in fostering organisational culture change, driving people-focused initiatives and leading robust transformational change that is aligned to business objectives and organisational growth. Ambikah was instrumental in the set-up of IRP’s Distribution Facilities in Guyana and Jacksonville and the Distribution Business in St Lucia, she also championed operations and process best practices across the Portfolio. She was most recently part of the team that led the acquisition of the Rowe’s IGA Supermarkets in the USA and continues to drive the major Strategic Initiatives in the Retail and Distribution businesses for the Massy Group.

Ambikah is a graduate of University of Lincoln, UK and completed the Ivey Executive Development Programme from Western University (Ivey Business School).

Vaughn S. Martin

Vaughn brings over twenty five years of Financial & Business Management experience in various business sectors, with twenty one of these spent in the Oil & Gas industry. Prior to his appointment, Vaughn held the position of Managing Director at Massy’s joint venture company, Massy Wood Group Ltd., for seven years. He has held several other executive roles within the Massy Group including Country Manager in both Suriname and Ghana and Finance Director of Massy’s Energy & Industrial Gases Business Unit.

Vaughn holds an Executive MBA from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business and is FCCA-designated by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. As a past national volleyball athlete, Vaughn maintains his passion for sport which continues to fuel his involvement in several sporting activities across Trinidad & Tobago.

Wendy Kerry

Wendy has been a part of the Massy executive team for over 13 years. Her roles have included Corporate Secretary & Legal Advisor, Senior Vice President, Corporate Governance and Corporate Secretary and over the past seven months, since January 8, 2024, she was appointed Acting General Counsel. We now congratulate Wendy on her confirmation in that role.

Wendy is an Attorney at Law and Utter Barrister, admitted to practice in Trinidad and Tobago and England and Wales. She is a member of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago and The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in London, England.  She studied at the University of the West Indies where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History/Management Studies. She is also a graduate of; the University of London where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws, and City University, London where she obtained a Master of Science in Economic Regulation & Competition.

Wendy has a breadth and depth of legal, executive and board experience and serves as a Director on the Board of the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange (TTSE). Over the past seven years she has served on TTSE board committees including audit, human resources and nominations. She is also a former director of the Trinidad and Tobago Central Depository, the Trinidad & Tobago Bureau of Standards, the Trinidad & Tobago Transparency Institute and the National Standing Committee on Air Service Agreements. Wendy has also served as a former Chair and member of the AmCham T&T Legislative committee which reviewed and provided recommendations on important draft bills and legislation impacting our corporate landscape including, the securities act, amendments to the companies act, the whistleblower bill, the fair-trading bill etc.

Ivette Zuniga

Ivette Zuniga is a seasoned global finance executive with over 20 years of experience in financial strategy, Mergers & Acquisition execution, and business transformation across multinational public companies. Her career spans leadership roles at General Electric, NextEra Energy, Johnson Controls, Carrier Global, and Diploma PLC, where she led multibillion-dollar business units and high-performing finance teams.

She holds a BSc in Finance, a Master of Accounting, and an MBA, and has completed executive education at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Ivette is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Ivette brings a multicultural perspective and fluency in English and Spanish, and her leadership is defined by a strong focus on operational efficiency, governance, and long-term value creation. At Massy, she will play a pivotal role in strengthening financial discipline and enabling strategic growth.

James McLetchie

James McLetchie brings over three decades of global financial leadership and strategic transformation experience to Massy. In his previous role as Group CFO, he played a central role in shaping the Group’s financial strategy, capital allocation, and performance management across its diversified portfolio. Prior to joining Massy, James was a senior leader at McKinsey & Company, where he was part of the global M&A leadership team and led Merger Management and Organisation practices for the UK and Ireland. His career has spanned more than 30 cities worldwide, where he worked closely with clients across multiple industries to unlock post-acquisition value through integration, synergy realization, and operational transformation.

James is known for his analytical rigor, cross-border experience, and ability to drive enterprise-wide change. His leadership has been instrumental in advancing Massy’s financial resilience, digital transformation, and investment strategy.
