The following are required:
- Original share certificates
- Letters of Administration/Grant of Probate
- Death Certificate
- Two (2) forms of National ID
- Stock Transfer Form (to be signed by executor)
- Proof of address for beneficiary
NOTE: The above documents are to be submitted by the client to a Stockbroker.
Only Executors / Legal Administrator can authorise the transfer.
