The following are required:

• A Stockbroker account (one can be opened at any Stockbroker)
• Two (2) forms of National ID

NOTE: The above documents are to be submitted by the client to a Stockbroker. Below are a list of Stockbrokers in Trinidad and Tobago.

 The following are required:

•  Original share certificates
•  Letters of Administration/Grant of Probate
•  Death Certificate
•  Two (2) forms of National ID
•  Stock Transfer Form (to be signed by executor)
•  Proof of address for beneficiary

NOTE: The above documents are to be submitted by the client to a Stockbroker.

            Only Executors / Legal Administrator can authorise the transfer.   

The following are required:  

•  Original share certificates 
•  Original death certificate 
•  Two (2) forms of National ID 
•  Stock Transfer Form (to be signed by executor)  
•  Proof of address for beneficiary     

NOTE: The above documents are to be submitted by the client to a Stockbroker.

             Only the survivor or a Power of Attorney for the survivor can authorise the transfer.       

The following are required:

•  Original share certificate
•  Two (2) forms of National ID for both owners
•  Stock transfer form (to be signed by owner)
•  Statutory Declaration witnessed by Commissioner of Affidavits requesting joint transfer
•  Proof of Address for transferee

NOTE: The above documents must be submitted to a Stockbroker.

•  Original share certificate
•  Two (2) forms of National ID
•  Stock transfer form
•  Statutory Declaration witnessed by Commissioner of Affidavits requesting transfer
•  Proof of Address for transferee

•  Deed Poll or Marriage Certificate or Divorce Document  
•  Photo identification (2 pieces – E.g. National Identification, Passport, Driver’s License) 
•  Share certificates  
•  Signed request from shareholder

•  Recent utility bill (no more than 3 months)
•  Two (2) forms of National ID
•  Signed request from shareholder
